Brewers’ Grains Win a Fortnum & Mason Hamper Competition - Terms and Conditions 

1.       This competition is open to UK residents only, excluding employees and their immediate families of AB Agri Ltd (the Promoter), their agents, merchants/distributors, or anyone professionally connected with the competition. Entrants must be aged 18 years or older. 

2.       Entries on behalf of another person, business or company will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. 

3.       The Promoter of this prize draw is KW Alternative Feeds (a division of AB Agri Limited), Registered in England 193800, Bishopdyke Rd, Sherburn in Elmet, Leeds LS25 6JZ 

4.       The competition will run from 00.01 on 25th October 2019 until 23.59 on 29th November 2019.  To enter please call 0333 220 9935 to enter the prize draw.

5.       The Promoter is offering those who enter this competition a chance to win one Fortnum and Mason Hamper worth £150.00 selected at random from entrants. 

6.       To enter this prize draw, entrants must call 0333 220 9935 and request to be entered in to the prize draw.

7.       The winners will be selected from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period using a computer process that produces verifiably random results, by an independent person, or under the supervision of an independent person.

8.       Each winner will be notified within 30 days of the draw via telephone or email using the contact details provided with their entry and will be asked to provide their address for administering the prize. If a winner fails to respond within 5 days of this notification, a redraw will take place from the remaining valid entries to select a new winner.  If any winner declines a prize or fails to respond within the required period, they forfeit any right to the prize.

9.       The prize will be sent via registered post to the address supplied within 30 days of notification [and the winner will be required to sign to acknowledge receipt]. We do not take any responsibility for prizes lost, damaged or broken in transit to the winner.

10.   [Unless the winner notifies us otherwise in writing within 2 weeks of being informed that he/she has won, the Promoter reserves the right to use and feature the names of the Brewers’ Grains Prize Draw winners for publicity purposes and winners agree that they will participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by the Promoter or its agencies.

11.   All prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative offered.

12.   The Promoter’s decision regarding any part of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

13.   Winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.

14.   No cash or other alternative is available, but in the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.  The prize is non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Promoter

15.   All copyright in entries is the property of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to feature the first name and county of residence of the winner in future competitions or promotions.

16.   The Promoter has no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete, cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason, we will not accept entries with lewd or rude language. Proof of sending or delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt. 

17.   The Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this competition without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). 

18.   The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.

19.   The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind and has no responsibility for lost, delayed or misdirected entries. 

20.   Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that the Promoter may not exclude by law.  Subject to that, the Promoter and its associated companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits) expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using any Prize.

21.   The Promoter reserves the right to discount any inappropriate or offensive entries and to disqualify any entries if the Promoter, at its sole discretion, believes that there has been an attempt to manipulate or tamper with the operation of the promotion.
