Jennifer grew up in Cheshire on a livestock farm. She studied Agriculture at Nottingham University and started work as a graduate with Trident Feeds in the marketing department in 1994.

Preferring the outdoors, she transferred to KW Alternative Feeds in 1997 where she began her career as a Feed Sales Specialist. Her area is much of South and West Yorkshire, the Skipton area West towards Gisburn with the A59 as the northern border. Jennifer still very much enjoys the varied trading and feed advisory role the job entails and particularly specializes in dairy nutrition.

Jennifer married David, a dairy farmer in 2001 and has three children.

Rob was raised on a family farm in North Shropshire, where his family specialises in rearing UK crossbred Wagyu cattle and operates a contracting business. He attended Ellesmere College, while on a rugby scholarship. In 2018, Rob joined KW but later left in 2022 to experience the world and travel around Europe, Australia, Indonesia, and Thailand. He rejoined KW in March 2023. Outside of work, Rob plays rugby for Whitchurch Rugby Club, where he serves as captain this year, and KW proudly sponsors the team. He now lives in Holmes Chapel and covers the areas of Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Staffordshire, and Shropshire.

Born and bred in Staffordshire Glenn started work on a local dairy farm and also worked for a contractor before spending eleven years working for the National Institute of Agricultural Botany based at Harper Adams University in Newport Shropshire.

Glenn joined KW in 1989 and has covered Shropshire and parts of the surrounding counties ever since., along the way he has met some lovely people and seen some great places.

Away from work Glenn has a wife Christine and a son and daughter. He has played Saturday afternoon football and supported Stoke City from a boy. He now enjoys biking and walking although probably at a slower pace than he used to.

Stephen spent 26 years working in the dairy industry, milking cows, before transitioning to the feed industry in 2014. For the past three years, he has been with AB Agri, spending the last two of those years at KW, where he covers the Scotland region. Outside of work, Stephen enjoys running, with a particular passion for ultra running, having completed several long-distance runs across the country and regularly volunteers for the RHET (Royal Highland Education Trust). He resides in the Scottish Borders, shares his home with two dogs, and enjoys reading in his free time.

Brought up on a mixed family farm in Sudbury, Derbyshire, with a primary focus on dairy with beef, young stock and crops, George has spent most of his life working on the farm or with farmers.

A 3 year spell away from farming in the building trade offered a different perspective. The time away gave him the chance to appreciate the beauty of farming. Joining KW in March 2004 as a KW Feeds Specialist provided George with the chance to work with farmers and pursue his natural interest. Trading and selling feeds is a part of the job that delivers a lot of satisfaction, naturally there is a lot of gratitude on George's part for the farmers that trade with him and the company.

Current hobbies have given way to raising a family which is most fulfilling.

Paul has been involved in agricultural ruminant sales for over 35 years. He spent the first 13 years working for a regional compounder. Joining KW in 2001 as a Sales Specialist, Paul has developed the company profile and has a wide range of customers across Lancashire and Cumbria. Away from work Paul enjoys spending time with his daughter, following Manchester City and playing golf.

George was born in Wales and grew up on his uncles farm. He began working with KW in 2019 as a Sales Specialist. Outside of work, George spends most of his free time with his partner farming beef and sheep on their farm in Flintshire. He also enjoys training and walking his dogs.
