When to feed

• Early/mid lactation dairy cows fed large amounts of concentrate.

Feeding rates

• Dairy cows – 50 to 80g/head/day

• Beef – 25 to 50g/head/day

• Store in cool, dry conditions and use within 6 months.

• Packed in 25kg bags, delivered on a 1t pallet.

• Stack pallets no more than two high.

Acid Buf is manufactured from calcareous marine algae harvested off the coasts of Ireland and
Iceland. In the process of growth, the live plant develops a white calcareous skeleton. This is
harvested, washed, dried. ground and bagged. acid Buf contains three calcium structures, helping
to provide a sustained buffering effect.

Acid Buf complies with feed raw material regulations and can be used in the diets of dairy cows,
beef cattle, sows and piglets. Acid Buf is produced to FEMAS-assured standards and is approved
by Organic Farmers and Growers (OF&G) for use on organic farms.
